1Definitions & Interpretations

• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.

3Registration & Account Management

If multiple accounts are detected, cyl88 reserves the right to close all accounts involved and confiscate all balances, bonuses, and winnings.

4Deposit & Payment Policy

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

8Prohibited Conduct

• Use of bots and automated software: Use of any software, scripts, or automated tools to access, play, or manipulate the cyl88 system.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinating between accounts to manipulate rollover requirements, or any strategy designed to exploit the CYL88 promotions system.

9Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure by Member

You may close your CYL88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding rollover requirements must be fulfilled, or the associated bonus credits will be forfeited. Any cash remaining in your wallet (after rollover requirements are met) will be processed for withdrawal within 3 business days.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by cyl88
